Users of the DzEYEnhouse website and client portal agree to access and use the platform solely for lawful purposes. You may not use this platform in any way that causes damage, disruption, or harm to the platform, its users, or any third party.
02 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, design assets, and deliverables created by DzEYEnhouse remain the intellectual property of DzEYEnhouse until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
03 // CLIENT PORTAL
Access to the client portal is granted to verified clients only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing access with unauthorized parties is not permitted.
04 // DISCLAIMER
This platform is provided without warranties of any kind. DzEYEnhouse is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or portal beyond what is outlined in your signed project agreement.
